Should I still expect or even ask for a Christmas gift?
Here’s the situation. This past Christmas I came into some money and bought Christmas for my girl, her two sons and my daughter. She didn’t have anything so I told her not to worry about it. I even gave her money to buy one of my family members a gift. I dropped nearly $3000 on the 5 of us. I got nothing from her at all and at the time that was fine. Now, it’s tax season and my girl got back well over $4000 and due to some religious things coming up we are getting separate places for a while. She’s upset thinking it’s a break up but it’s not. We’re just gonna date from separate places. Ok, back to Christmas. I currently have a suspended driver’s license and finally found an attorney that could help me out for like $350. I’ve asked my girl if she would consider that my Christmas gift and pay the attorney the money to get my license back. Fair trade, right. I bought her a nearly $400 myself. Is it too late to expect her to return the favor and get me a gift?
if she didn’t get you a gift by now, she’s not going to.
